Graham posted some thoughts about the tsunami disaster.
“In addition my thoughts are with the families and friends and I am unfortunately not literate enough to adequately explain the depths of the pain I feel on this occasion.”
I know the feeling. I cannot find words to describe the absolute sorrow that I have been feeling. Crying about it does not bring people back and yet that is all I seem to be doing lately.
Hopefully that this will bring people together in an area that is already troubled by vilification hatred and war. Already I have heard stories of areas in which religious factional fighting has been put aside. Instead of killing each other, people are working together for a greater good.
My wish is that this spirit of greater charity can continue long after the pain of recent events has passed.
